Peerless Appliance Services was established in 2017 in Roanoke, VA, by Marine Corps veteran Scott Reilly. With a military background in working on helicopters, Scott figured if he could make those fly, fixing a washer would be a breeze! From the start, we recognized an unexpected demand for high-quality appliance repair and exceptional customer service in our community.

Determined to meet this need, we enrolled in certification programs and developed a replicable model to train skilled and knowledgeable appliance repair technicians.

With expertise in residential and gas systems, we dedicated ourselves to providing dependable appliance repairs for homes. During our jobs, we often found ourselves discussing our additional services, including fireplace sales and installations.

As our workload increased, we faced a pivotal choice: remain a small operation with just the owner handling calls, or expand by hiring another technician. The decision was clear—we needed to bring on qualified individuals and train them to become top-notch appliance technicians.

We feel fortunate to now have a team of four certified and well-trained technicians. Our service area has expanded to include Blacksburg, Christiansburg, Smith Mountain Lake, Salem, Roanoke, Bedford, Rocky Mount, and beyond.

As our fireplace business flourished, we decided to establish a separate venture, Skyline Hearth and Fire, allowing us to better serve customers interested in those services. Scott actively oversees this new business, engaging with customers and ensuring quality service.
